Oops! I am surprised! Since when have you guys been with me…? Hello? Oh my, time has really flown! Ah, everyone! What do you guys think of the 14th SKMS revision? I learned a lot about happiness thanks to my boss and manager Jeong. I just thought I wanted to be happy, but, frankly speaking, I didn’t give much thought to what I should do to be happy. So, shall we brush up on the subject one last time?
Let me put it this way. SKMS says that the mission of SK management is the sustained happiness of its people. We build up the happiness of all SK People with the power of organization. When our collective happiness grows, each and every individual becomes happier, too. But, that is not all. To sustain our happiness, we also pursue the happiness of our stakeholders. To that end, we pursue both economic and social value. Pursuing the happiness of all is where our work begins to change. Then, how will SK People work when they begin to believe in our collective happiness and build it up at their will?
That is VWBE. As we are working for our own happiness, we will naturally mobilize VWBE. VWBE will enable us to build a SUPEX Company which in turn will build up our happiness. What do you think? Don’t you still get it? It may be the case. How can anyone grasp everything all at once? But, if you keep this in mind, it will finally dawn on you. You will realize that this is the happiness advocated by SKMS!
